The machines
With years of sachet packing experience, the NZFP team have custom designed and built our sachet packing line. The sachet packing process includes blending, filling into a modified atmosphere pack, sealing, coding and check weighing. NZFP has two types of sachet packing machines to pack product into different sizes and formats.
Power type
All ingredients we use are certified food grade dry powders. All incoming goods are subject to internal quality checks. No liquid ingredients are added into our blending and packing process.
